These enchanting meditations help children to relax, ease off their worries and feel calmer. They are meditative stories created by me and accompanied by bespoke designed music, written by musician Iryna Shchadei.

1 to 1 Mentoring Sessions
I deliver individual sessions with children with the aim to enhance their mental health and well-being, in particular, self-esteem, resilience and positive mindset.
The sessions are based on my ‘Mindfulness and Mindset Mentoring Programme’. The programme helps children (5-15 years of age) with a range of difficulties: anxiety, stress, overwhelming negative thinking, sleep difficulty, anger issues, aggressive behaviour and others.
Each lesson is delivered in a fun and stimulating way gently introducing mindful practices. These regular mentoring sessions have an underpinning structure but are adjusted to the child’s specific needs, preferred learning style and age attributes.
The programme’s underpinning focus is to develop:
Knowledge about how the human brain works, specifically the processes of cognition, concentration and emotional regulation
Skill-set in being aware of and regulating thoughts and emotions
The programme consists of 8 weekly sessions. They contain a wide range of fun practices: mindful eating, mindful movement, children’s meditations and ‘growth mindset’ challenges. A resource pack is provided with the programme.

Children nowadays have so many pressures. I can teach them how to connect with themselves and others, how to grow their confidence and resilience to make it easier to overcome life obstacles and fulfill their dreams!
