I am Lena, a creator of The Mindful Steps. I help children to improve their mental health and well-being with the tools of mindfulness and mindset. My approach is based on science about the brain and engaging mindful practices.
I work with families and schools. I deliver programmes and guided meditations that help children to develop their self-esteem, resilience and positive mindset. My experience as a school teacher, yoga instructor for children and mindfulness teacher has shaped up my passion and delivery.
My work is focused on guiding children to take ‘mindful steps’ for building their character and connection with themselves and others.
